I'm really confused and I suspect a lot of shareholders are too

I thought that one of the benefits of HRM is to increase the strength of concrete and reduce the time to achieve a particular strength. And a further benefit is to reduce carbon emissions.

The report demonstrates reduced carbon emissions BUT seems to suggest that the strength characteristics and time to cure are very similar to the unmodified concrete (badly explained but hopefully you get my drift).

I'm sure this can't be correct but can someone explain in very simple terms what is going on here
