Well the issue of the 249DF could be one reason, the issue of the GM could be another reason and of course the issue of a director/s coming off or coming on could be another reason.
Another reason could be a deal in progress???
I would probably have to sway to the side of the GM and director/s on off thing myself. Based on the corps act I believe that is price sensitive???
