I believe a lot of the problems with native title were as a result of 3 overlapping native title claims and several of the claimants refusing to sign holding up the whole thing, it was not HAVs fault but although obviously not easy Im not sure "incredibly detailed, intricate, convoluted even arcane process which would defeat many and probably most" is completely true, mainly delayed through the actions of a few.
Result is pleasing all the same, but we still dont know what the Kalkaroo deal was.

Heliongang (excuse spelling) stepped aside and converted to equity at a very good price for HAV at minimal dilution, unlike meny other "partners". Had to be a reason but we are very rarely told reasons, case in point there, pump it up, dissapoint, repeat! Not only current management, has been happening for a long time.
