I totally agree. If this company can get to $1 pre consolidation , then we would all make heaps , so why shouldn't the guy steering the ship get a bonus . I can't quite understand the vitriol directed at management over this . The share price does not move in a straight line and it gets manipulated.
Certain predictions that the share price is now going to tank for months are baseless and an insult to the people that come on here to read something enlightening

That's because the company isn't $1 yet. You get bonus when you achieve target. Not before.
That's pretty standard across most employee performance targets.. but seems management always appears to be different... bonus before... not after.
