AGM ResultsThe Directors of 88 Energy Limited ("88 Energy" or the "Company", ASX & AIM:88E) confirm that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today Resolutions 1 to 5 were duly carried, with Resolution 6 (Conditional Spill Resolution) not carried. Further information on the Resolutions proposed at the AGM and the AGM voting results can be viewed on the Company's website at www.88energy.com.
Now that all of this spill nonsense is dead and buried, can we just leave it in the past and get on with business thanks lads. It should be quiet in here for a while. The sun is still shining and the sky is blue. Unless something else comes up sooner, Hickory-1 flow testing is the next cab off the rank.
