Just speculating, but given capricorn and agrichain and possibly 1-12 more are in play. Are things (once again) put on hold for a big funder to come into play. The lack of use of the DW surprises me. Payfac has the backing of a bank which we are yet to hear about. the flat quarterly makes zero since since CC was duped to make us CF+ . So given Carpert Court, Capricorn and Agrichain are onboard for 5-10 years plus, perhaps a much larger DW is in play.
