Also the total number of votes actually cast compared to the actual voting rights available is appalling even taking in to account inelligible voting rights.
The Board composition needs changing, the Remuneration Plan needs an overhaul, incentivising the CEO needs to be replaced with something meaning and measurable and a full strategic review needs to occur.
The company needs a reset basically.
