I agree Bubsmark but really they didn't hand out any, it's all a result of other shareholders not taking up their full entitlement, higher allocation than I thought as well, but perhaps the following worked in our favour:
- overseas shareholders
- reasonably quick turnaround
- a big raise hence some shareholders probably didn't bother / couldn't apply for the additional
- school holidays for part of the subscription period (I think? - okay this might be a stretch).
anyway, regardless a good result for you and I.
Credit due to the board who have a track record of looking after all shareholders.
Looking forward, they didn't use much leverage in this deal, I wonder if they are keeping their powder dry for something else.
