I'd suggest a SH no-vote could and would be the LEAST likely scenario for the deal not to go ahead.
Independent expert deeming the deal is not in SH best interests, AND/OR a superior offer coming to fruition is by far the most likely scenario to play out here...
As always, time will tell...
