As a very very very NOOB investor, can someone explain to me the tax and impacts something like this has to my stocks.
As an example, lets say I hold 1000 shares, will these convert into another code, similar to what happened with LTR/MI6?
Why is this bad news, what tax implications this has on me? etc?
