Don't know why we have all the "High 5s" on this deal. It values OSH at about $4.06 whereas it was trading at $4.57 in March and only a month or so ago it was $4.22. In the current environment iIts worth at least $4.50 WITHOUT any "takeover" premium.... yes, its a takeover! I don't know why Botton received so much criticism.... he had a SP trading in the range $6-$8. Yes, I know we had a Covid crash, but many others have recovered (reasonably well) compare to this useless mob. Its all just a bit too hard for them - should be ashamed. PS: I have NO problem with STO - good luck to them for securing such a great deal.
