I'd like to think you're correct, but is it a certainty that coking coal prices will be high in 2024?
As the devil's advocate, what occurs if say this coronaviruses' continuation leads to more sclerotic policies spreading throughout Asia, the Australian example of which is "Mad Mark' McGowan in WA and duplicitous Annastacia Palaszczuk in Qld (plus possibly Peter Gutwein in Tassie) being one-trick ponies and attempting to do their best to split the Australian Federation? Hence, demand in Asia for energy would drop.
I'm not suggesting it will happen, but simply running the 'risk meter' and coming up with that scenario.
