You are seriously denying that the experience and learnings associated with reviewing and approving a 10ktpa expansion operation at Rincon, gained by the govt and local stakeholders, not to mention the company itself, will improve the efficiency of subsequent approvals at this salar, be they by Puna or other companies.
I don’t need 50 precedents to illustrare the statistical significance of this effect, any reasonable person can see that it is an obvious and relevant observation.
