Check the presentation replay when it drops, but Tony said something like, "... 2500 shareholders have now sold out and 90% of the shares are now held by the top 20". I felt like that was a message to the hold-outs.
MRE due June (ish), so the remaining shareholders might be long gone by then. Chances are the MRE won't even get announced if the takeover is done and dusted.
