Indeed - and seriously how many T/O have we experienced where the directors have thoroughly recommended an initial offer without the knee jerk response that the assets are being undervalued? It’s an unmitigated stitch up for every shareholder bar the shareholding directors (post TO career sweeteners) & RML (cheap asset).
