Performance shares issued and Convertible note conversions without disclosure....
Had to get them issued in a hurry to be able to dump them on the announcement of 1 trial patient. Worry about the disclosure once the shares are sold.....
Brett just does exactly at he pleases with scant regards for the "pindick" shareholders.
At least they're consistant I guess.
