I guess the discount is alright considering we're trying to liquidate these assets. Book value is miles above the SP.

In the meantime, Japan has roared to growth again after the latest natural disaster, but there are still many signs of weakness and indications that the national debt will go out of control, with one prediction stating 250% of GDP in 2015.

Also, moody's has dropped Japan's rating to -AA and indicated that it may drop again soon.

Hopefully we'll start filling those buildings again and regrow the book-value.
