Avita's product had clinical proof of efficacy and a clear path to commercialisation. All BNO has is a compound that has had proof that it does no hard - like a lump of sugar. Proof of efficacy is questionable and the size of the addressable market also has huge question marks. only people with specific biomarkers may or may not benefit. Its a pig in a poke punt! US military are not stupid - Avita is a success. If and I emphasise the if the US military agreed to fund development then I would reassess - not simply presume on the compounds supposed value. The probability of commercial success is very low despite the million spend pretending that clinical results were actually meaningful. Sugar pills could have produced similar results - no drowsiness, no headaches, no rashes, no impact on blood pressure - you get my meaning!
