This surely removes all speculation of CR which was looming within next few quarters. Great company building announcement. Very smart of MXC mgmt to take equity position as everyone knows that once it gets listed it is 'n'x of the original value, particularly when the current MM market is hot. Also smart as in they have derisked themselves while keeping the upside -
"Importantly, the Company will retain exclusive rights to supply MXC’s own CBD, production IP and the cosmetics materials for the production of MGC Derma’s product range for a minimum of five years and will benefit from future MGC Derma sales growth expected to be generated by Cannaglobal."
GLTAH. Up and away.
