This just goes to show whoever is calling the shots at Head Office has no idea how to run a company. I am sure our overseas BOD's would have had no idea of what a Cobra was. So that leaves 3 people in head office making this decision. Pretty hard to have any faith or trust whatsoever in this management team.
If, there was a sound reason behind the dumping of shares then that should have been made known to the shareholders. imo
