At the end of the day they are still an explorer/developer ...market doesn’t price them more than that ...
It’s not just hch , most are down as you correctly stating but we are too cheap compare to others .
I don’t know about CAP what they doing , jv still on , maybe they waiting for the new project’s jorc and see if they can blend it and make productora’s economics better ? ....there’s no way hch can finance this one themselves under current market conditions we agree about this .
At the end of the day they are still an explorer/developer...
