Thanks for your replies, really helpful.
The ASX announcement regarding the T/O mentions MOD SH have a choice (0.0664 SFR shares per 1 MOD owned or the payout for 0.45$ per MOD share). So far, I have not received any letters yet from MOD and I am not often at home and I am wondering what happens if a SH does not make a choice and what de default choice in that case will be. Does anyone know?
