Glencore is the actually bit that worries me the most. They are a bunch of commodity traders and financiers whose business has been underwritten by spotting opportunities to snavel assets at well below value. If Glencore sees value in staking us, we better hope that FAR keeps an eye on the fine print. If we put a foot over the line they will gladly take their share. Macquarie, it goes without saying, has a similar MO and are not in this to do the FAR shareholders any favours.
