i can believe management pulled it off. We have FID in the bag. Its great news.

The junior debt is for other bits like drilling gambia.

Now if we won PE that would be the cream. Can you imagine fully funded with 500m cash settlement to do what FAR wants if PE won.

This seems to be a smart plan by FAR to not have PE stop the project and keep all 13.7% of a massive field (we have 40%size of what woodside has).

After PE decision im going to park this in the bottom shelf
in summary we are where i never thought we will get to-
1) we survived
2) retain 100% of of our share
3) raised 300m USD senior
4) 147m share plan ( ok that low pricr raise hurt)
5) 12m from SPP ( ok i didnt participate)
Now i can just dump it in the bottom drawer. Next year share could triple .we are also on AFR today
