I, like you have made a position in ORR on the back of PRU's activities. The company is very prudent financially and doesn't throw shareholders money around for fun, so buying a position lower than their average price, seems relatively low risk. However, I see it as a hedge against a poor deal if PRU does bid too high. If an offer eventuates, hopefully both PRU and ORR shareholders are happy, for a decent short-term return.
