Really disappointing day for long term shareholders and I'm incredibly disappointed in the board right now.

Thanks to everyone who fought the good fight - the no vote almost got over the line thanks to your efforts. It was always going to be an uphill battle after the meeting was postponed. The supplementary disclosure was effectively a 'sell' recommendation by the company's own directors. Hard to campaign against that.

However, the overall closeness of the vote is encouraging as it shows that smaller shareholders do have a voice. Our votes matter. A good lesson for the future.
