Is there any chance whatsoever of the takeover going...

Is there any chance whatsoever of the takeover going off-the-rails?
Maybe something illegal/corrupt/deceitful/misinformation being uncovered?

Why I ask is that I can now sell my shares for a $2650 discount (on $2.59) or even less than this on market ...say $2.59.500 ($1325.00 discount) . I would do this simply to get away from the bad taste Senex has left in my mouth.

On the flipside, imagine walking away and the court rules against the takeover....and I didn't need to trigger a CGT event after all.

I think I have answered my own question even though the chances might be Buckleys or none.
