The first decent down ramper post and all you can come up with is the SP is nearly fair value, you are also using a PE of 10, i think that should be higher, but even using this figure your saying it will go to 12c, that a decent re-rate to start with as the last close was 7.4, an easy 4.6c increase, more than 50% of the current SP
