my take reg the announcements.
anyone with mid level/senior level management experience will understand this - a lot of capital is needed for Akida's commercialisation, marketing expenses, chip manufacturing expenses, overhead salary exxpenese (like the ceo's salary). If you are in the impression just the money you make at the beginning will pay for everything under the planet BRN needs at this time for expansion - you are wrong. You do need this kind of capital.
when you are launching something as big as a technology disruptor like akida - you need to have a lot of cash. Thumb rule - always have a 6 months or a years expenses of (salaries+marketing+prodution+buffer of a certain percentage) in the bank so expansion can happen without a hassles (this should be accounted without profits coming).
the only thing I will be on the lookout for is the games that happen when one of these big financial institution involved in capital raises sells/buys shares - if you can hold on during turbulent times - good times ahead IMO
