I do think it is brave to buy in now, given the announcement TIO made which is going to make it very very difficult from a legal perspective for them to make any subsequent increased offer. I have no idea what is going to happen now. But one scary possibility is that they will just get to 50%, the offer will close, the SP will go down (because besides existing holders, who in the market would want to buy into a 50% owned company?) and Todd will just sit for a very long time (years) and smoke shareholders out via pure frustration.

I am not selling though.
