Fundamentals of the company have not changed.

The graphite deposit is still in the ground.

Management have done an excellent job despite the ML delay that was always beyond their control.

Not management fault that the funding deal is not attractive.

The issue here is corporate governance and the lack of shareholder engagement and they need to be addressed. Plus we have been advocating for far more clarity in the announcements with a lot more details included.

The CR we just had and the option entitlement at the AGM is a symptom of Management and the Board being one and the same.

If your happy with no shareholder engagement and having management and the board being one and the same, with no true oversight, then by all means vote against Tom Murrell being removed and vote against Mike Elliott being appointed an Independent Non Executive Director (INED).

T40s have not sold and have only become united on what we deem are important and necessary changes that is essential for the company and all shareholders.
