The Chinese did not get fooled by NET's outdated and ineffective cybersecurity software.
maybe the Philippines IT guys are not smart enough to do a basic search and establish that the cybersecurity is ten years old and irrelevant.

Translation:
China was a complete flop. The 30,000 sales people we allegedly had did nothing. The Chinese are far smarter than we thought and saw through our ridiculous software. Like really, why did anyone believe NET could actually make money out of China when China has some very capable hackers and IT people that can run circles around our 10 year old software. If you think we can make money out of the US and Europe just dream on.NET has already tried to do this OR more precisely has made a lot of promises to this effect. The promises all came to nothing.

Translation:

Ensuring profitability of NET is like assuring someone that the earth is flat. NET has never made a profit. Given the CEO paying himself a ridiculous wage and administration costs off the scale NET will NEVER make a profit.
