Just took a position today. Been following this since Capital H got on - I've got them to thank for some nice wins in TNT and CUP. I agree that the valuation is very undemanding.

Still, significant risks remain, imo. Can WA continue to keep the virus out? If the virus spreads in WA, and folks stay at home, then I'd imagine demand for security services at venues will plummet. Will their eastern states expansion be successful? Without an established reputation in the industry like they do in WA, I'm not sure it's an easy task. Provision of cleaning and security services is still a commodity business, with low margins. They're up against incumbents with economics of scale.

Only have a small position (~$1k worth) but will continue to add on signs of expansion success and/or revenue growth.
