Mr Ran Xu should be saving his money to pay for a take-over of IMA, inside of postage and a very simply put but rambling letter without any info other than propaganda, I didn't see a single number that justified any of their scenarios.
If you want the company, make an offer JB, don't acquire on the cheap via board take-over!
Maybe LB should try taking over ILU. ILU share price also hasn't responded to Zr prices as much as they claim it should have either.
