    One of two things, I reckon, or a combination of the two:

    - More people getting behind the BOD, who just chipped $300k into the raise, belief in the team etc.
    - Plans for the cash are being finalised, leaky ship.

    Let's see what happens in the next few weeks - hopefully something comes to light soon.
