Piano - usually you can get an electronic view of the SPP entitlement through the registry

In the case of Ava, I did this and it works:
- go to https://boardroomlimited.com.au/
- select Investorserve
- use the Individual Investor Access option
- fill in the details of the holder (will need holder name, SRN/HIN, postcode etc)
- should log you in showing your holding
- under statements and advices view the SPP and it will generate an application form with a biller code and your unique customer number which will link it to your existing holding

Really poor judgement on the part of the board IMO:
- SPP minimum is $10k and in increments of $10k (strange for a small cap with a relatively small investor base)
- record date is 9th April.....the institutional raise was on 28th Mar and it was flagged that there would be a SPP so gave some savvy non holders the option of buying 1 share and being entitles to buy 230k shares at 13c (which is partly why the share price is now going to be stuck at this level unless there is a major announcement.......theoretically a significant amount of new holders that are just going to dump their 13c shares as soon as they make 5-10% which is 13.5-14c)

Anyway, the latter part of that is just IMO, but what would be interesting is to see how many shares mgmt and the board take up........pity they have not indicated their committed in advance which would have been a strong signal
