yep good pick up I had the same thoughts when I saw the breakdown of use of funds.

im not sure how accurate these estimates of usage of funds need to be but was hoping it might be a bit of bluffing and it’s actual more like $1m to DFS and there is actually an extra $5m going towards the plant, which is $5m less we need when we go for debt funding. In fact I was hoping that some of the other $$$ are actually going toward the plant and it could be a bit of gamesmanship to make the vermin think we need more $$$ than we actually do and hang in there on the hope of another CR that never eventuates (probably just wishful thinking!)
