a bit of a bummer. I was hoping the big funding would come through by now. the mine appeal is silly, no real argument especially since courts approved permit. the only thing extra special about the property is the graphite. loads of similar land. her argument about runoff is negated by standard storm water/surface water sops. anyway it will be interesting to hear what mark says about why they want this cap raise.
