Everyone who applies for stock are likely to be heavily scaled back. The demand will be well beyond $500k, so scaling back to the minimum is likely imo. Its basically a token offering to keep the smaller holders from feeling left out. Some of these guys will flip for a quick profit. Keep your eyes on the fully diluted market cap relative to news. Its bound to run again at some point. Management will produce news flow. That is what they do.
