    I've read it very well.

    Odin Energy Ltd signs Securities Sale Agreements to acquire gridComm Pte Ltd

    Presently 94% of gridComm’s shareholders have executed the agreements and the Board of Odin has voted to proceed to completion on this basis.

    They need 100% of Gridcomm Shareholders to agree.

    I do not care what they post on Facebook as it has no value. I only care what they release to ASX.


    The deal is not completed until 100% Gridcomm shareholders agree.
