    Agreed, MGV was one of my favourite gold explorers with high grade ozs, excellent ground and quality management and I'm sad to see it go. Having said that, a takeover is in shareholder's best interests as going it alone on development is fraught with danger.

    I sold my remaining shares today and am looking to reinvest in the next takeover targets!
