The reasons given for support of the RMS offer seem spurious to me, especially if compared to the reasons to reject the WGX offer.
To say its better because the directors have accepted is the blind attempting to lead the blind, IMO.
The only good reason is the fact that its currently worth more than WGX offer, and that can be easily fixed by WGX.
Looks like a bidding war has started- maybe it will be as good as the 2nd Ashes test, with lots of twists and turns along the way.
