My understanding of it, is that the '100 sales reps' will primarily be distributors in other countries. So someone will buy or obtain the rights to sell Alexiums product in their country.
I would imagine it would probably be companies that already sell some form of industrial chemistries that will also look to sell Alexium's products. I don't think there will be 100 new people employed in the next 6 months on the AJX payroll.
