Now that's just silly talk... blind Freddie can see share appreciation will arrive in quarter of the time your suggesting.
If the India test plant is a success, and they have spent 30 million to confirm this, what will they do with all the product? Give it away for free or generate income?
And if the scaled up test facility is a success and does demonstrate the cost savings and greener energy they are specifically invested here for, do you think India will simply leave it at that and not look to replicate the process at other sites in country to maximize their ROI?
