No the thing that concerns me is what happens when you blindinlgly look at a Chinese option only. Take PLS, apparently they were entertaining CATL when SP was 80c, until CATL came onboard with 25c (and IMO Got a bigger slice of PLS if deal actioned earlier based on my interpretation of the Anns).

I am not a fan of convertible notes, but interest rate 10% settles one thing - that rate shows what a lending rate is in DRC could be, noting after DFS expect rate could be lower under traditional bank lending instruments. But if Tianyi the cause of delay, rate should be 0%. Not impressed to say the least as think Tianyi cause of delay through lack of documentation to FIRB, as FIRB would be tick and flick here IMO. AVZ need to get a European investor onboard to stop these games.
