the ACCC should block this given it goes against at the Pharmacy Ownership regulations.
I dont think the ACCC will block it, it opens up pharmacy deregulation without the govt needing to do anything.
I expect Sigma will lose most of its independent pharmacy wholesale customers as they won't want to support chemist warehouse which is a competitor.
