My understanding is that Tembo capital have a 1.8% royalty over gold produced at Dalaranga and a 1.35% royalty over the other tenements. The company can buy back 20% within 4 years.
Delphi’s royalty is 0.7% over Dalaranga and 0.525% over the other tenements. The conversion of the loan to royalty has yet to be voted on and will be voted on at the next EGM. The company also has a 20% buyback option within 4 years.
You would hazard a guess that Delphi’s royalty won’t get up if Tembo doesn’t support it.
