Jiangshu MSI have exclusivity in China over the "PRM" product - hence, they effectively become the distributors for that product. That's the downside of this deal. (1) Chinese counterparty (presumably under Chinese laws) (2) they snag distribution for the PRM which close out others and so they start to control ADN destiny. A good start but with barnacles.
