They will have to redo the financial model which wouldn't take much time and then do compliance checks again which shouldn't be too bad either.

The detail will be in revising the mine plan but it kind of depends on if they were certain that they were going to get this BoA or not. They'd have designed the mine plan so that they can get into the Dorsal Fin area early and make sure the subsequent mining was done in the correct part of the ore body to feed this market if they knew they were going to get this award.



This is the kicker - they stated multiple times in previous announcements that the DFS would solemnly focus on porcelain/ceramics, so it not unreasonable to believe that maybe they weren't sure themselves they would land this contract. I kind of find it hard to believe but if they do need to do another revision I'd slap another month on her, late July would seem fair game.

In saying this I know the board was very, very keen for it to be done by June 30, so time will tell.
