I feel anyone who sells now is missing the boat.
Most things seem to be going the right way for SLK , tourism is improving with overseas visitors and local numbers increasing.
There is the impetus from organic growth and potential acquisitions with adequate funding.
On a potential 2017 p/e of around 15 (my est) I think there is reasonable grounds for more upside to sp.
I am very comfortable holding this stock and trust it will reward me going forward just like ARB CAJ RHC & TNE have. I have also had my share of non-performers, but one must expect that.
It's all good fun.
But definitely do your own research.
